Council of Engineering Student Organizations' Presidents and Faculty Advisors
Co-curricular life and leadership development is handled by The Office of Student Development for the Grove School of Engineering in collaboration with the college's Office of Student Life and Leadership Development. The Council of Engineering Student Organizations' Presidents and Faculty Advisors meets monthly during the academic semester to discuss issues that are pertinent to student life, academic community, school spirit, leadership and student activities, community service, and co-curricular programming.
The Council of Engineering Student Organizations' Presidents and Faculty Advisors is comprised of presidents and faculty advisors of over thirty five (35) engineering student associations, organizations, clubs and honor societies. It is chaired by Rawlins Beharry (the Director of the Office of Student Development), and engineering students who hold college student government leadership positions and department representative positions for their academic departments also serve as members of this body.

ENGINEERING TOWN HALL MEETINGS
OSD also organizes the Grove School of Engineering Town Hall Meetings which provide a forum for the entire student body in the Grove School of Engineering to meet with the administrators of the Grove School of Engineering where they are encourage to ask questions pertinent to the school as it affects their studies, their education and their careers, and these concerns, suggestions, comments and issues are addressed by the GSoE administration. Besides OSD forums to address student concerns, GSoE Departments host engineering mixers and conducts surveys as part of their accreditation process that all facilitates student empowerment.
