Campus Planning & Facilities Management (CPFM) creates and maintains the architectural fabric and exceptional physical environment. CPFM is responsible for the planning, design, and construction management of all new buildings and major renovation projects at City College of New York.
Through the departments ofFacilities Services, Campus Planning and Capital Projects, CPFM manages existing buildings and infrastructure, as well as the provision of all utilities on campus. CPFMalso manages the operations ofEnvironmental Health & Occupational Safety, Property Management, Duplicating and Mail, and the Office of Public Safety.
